Groz-Beckert To Showcase Entire Product Range At ITM 2016

Groz-Beckert will participate at the ITM 2016 in hall 7, booth 707/B showcasing wide range of products and services from its product areas Knitting, Weaving, Nonwovens and Carding in a large stall. The knitting product area will put the emphasis on the interaction of needles and system parts. Transparent circular and warp knitting machines will give the visitor unique insights into the interplay of all components. The "CircularKnit" exhibit, a circular knitting machine replica made of acrylic glass, will visualize 14 different knitting technologies from gauge E10 to E50. The transparent 'WarpKnit' exhibit will present the warp knitting modules that are new in the Groz-Beckert's portfolio. A special highlight from the product range would be the "litespeed® plus" which is enhanced from litespeed® version. Its optimised needle geometry reduces the machine temperature and leads to significant energy savings in the knitting process. The acrylic model "litespeed® plus" will show the needle "live in action" in an extraordinary way.

 

In the weaving product area, Groz-Beckert will present the quick and universal knotting machine KnotMaster AS/3 at the ITM. This high-performance knotting machine brings advantages is its servicing and maintenance friendliness. Further, touch screen control makes the operation even easier. With four tying methods: single knots, automatic repetition, doubles detector and yarn break detector the AS/3 provides several useful features. With its wide range of applications, AS/3 is one of the bestsellers among the standard versions. In addition, the knotting machine is capable of handling a large variety of yarns like cotton, wool, and synthetic as well as blends and elastic yarns. In the felting product area, Groz-Beckert will showcase GEBECON® and EcoStar® felting needles, the special needle solution for different applications in the nonwovens industry.  

 

The product area for Carding will highlight SiroLock® as well as EvoStep® doffer and worker wires at ITM 2016. Together, they guarantee a homogeneous fiber distribution and minimized fiber consumption in the nonwovens process. SiroLock® and EvoStep® wires feature a pronounced step undercut on the tooth front and a distinctive tooth shape.  Further, special doffer wires for synthetic fibers with a rib of 0.70 mm and 520 PPSI for processing of microfibers will also be showcased along with revolving tops, stationary flats, and cleaning fillets.
