X-Axis Has Arrived To Usher In The New Generation Spun Yarns

X-Axis rings, the new technology that has been introduced in the market is not only a major cost saving effort but also a very flexible and versatile model for spinners to use conveniently.

These rings give value addition in terms of cost, time-saving and variety at command. At the onset, when this new technology was sought to be introduced, there was stiff resistance, with many big and small spinning mills in the textile industry exhibiting a high degree of reluctance to switch over to use of new technology. Fortunately, today we are in a position to state that we have overcome this reluctance and hurdles posed by it to a large extent.

The crucial part of our endeavor was to provide a suitable X-axis technology for rings that fell in the range 40, 42, and 45 mm diameter. We did not flinch from accepting this challenge. The challenge involved a balancing act between high yarn tension, bigger balloon height, wider yarn range and more traveller weight at the same traveller speed.

Our unflinching attitude gave us the first positive result as unlike other ring manufacturers who prefer to avoid this segment, we headlong took the plunge. Consequently, we mastered the manufacturing of rings with our applied engineering skills and metallurgical know-how. Our coordinated efforts bore fruit as it enabled us to manufacture a wide range of specialized rings.

This in turn has lent scope to spin a wider range of yarns, mostly new generation yarns that are currently in demand along with standard yarns that use specialized rings at an affordable cost.

At present, we are standing in the hall of fame as manufacturers of specialized rings named the X-axis. This becomes significant as we are in a position to cater to enterprising spinners as well as orthodox spinners in the same vein. This has helped companies to graduate from conventional yarn spinning that used 36 to 38 mm diameter, where the competition was high and margins low, to new generation yarns that are cost effective and more profit-oriented.

This has given us and our clients and our end-users a three-fold benefit, namely better quality, higher margins, and durable goods for use.

X-axis has attained this status after its new geometrical design was tried and tested in several spinning mills and the results were found satisfying. In short, what do we offer our spinners? We offer, more profit with speed, better quality with quantity, and increased mechanical capacity at low cost.

The list of new generation yarns spun on the X-axis specialized ring include Lycra, Denim Jeans, Leggings, T-Shirts, Ladies tops, Inner wear, Jersey, Jacquard fabrics, model fibres, and bamboo fibres besides medical applications. The range also covers bedspreads, curtains, shoes, socks and sportswear.
