Kagzi Apparels, a division of Kagzi Exports has launched a premier fashion brand intended for women titled KASHANA in Jaipur. Designers using cutting-edge technology have been employed to come up with this brand which is also show-cased as ‘Fashion Forward’.
The launch at Jaipur’s Raja Park was graced by Bollywood celebrity Evelyn Sharma. This is the first time Kagzi is venturing into the domestic market in a big way.
Mohammed Arif Kagzi, Prometer of Kagzi apparels, said, “We are elated to launch the first ever store of KASHANA in the colourful city of Jaipur. The Pink City of Jaipur, as the name suggests is rich in its cultural heritage and traditions. Taking an inspiration from the beautiful murals and motifs on the forts and palaces in Rajasthan, we derived the name for our brand- KASHANA, which means a beautiful palace. KASHANA has a mix of Ethnic and Western outfits to suit the body sizes of Indian Women between teens to middle age.”
KASHANA’sstore at Raja Park is strategically placed at the heart of the city which is also a high street fashion destination for most women. The store has lavish interiors with the clothes rack placed in a manner that will provide ease to our customers to select their apparels. The KASHANA store also showcases a separate celebrity collection for those who prefer to splurge that extra bit for special occasions. The clothes rack of KASHANA store at Raja Park, Jaipur has a mix of Contemporary Western and Ethnic fashion,” he added.
KASHANAwill launch its all format stores that also include exclusive brand outlets across the nation by 2017. Kagzi believes that the brand will grow by 30% each year. Kagzi Apparels aims to launch 10 exclusive brand outletsacrossJamshedpur, Indrapur in Gaziabad (Delhi), Pune, Chennai, Ranchi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Suratin the months to come.
According to Kazgi,“For over 20 years we have been manufacturing and exporting our products to many brands in UK, USA and the Middle East Countries. This gives us an edge to have a global experience and also allows us to get international fashion first in the market. By 2017 we intend to launch 50 all format stores across the country. The brand ethos of KASHANA is to follow international fashion but in a Contemporary yet elegant Indian avatar. KASHANA clearly enunciates haute couture as the garments fit on you as your second skin. The brands designs have intricate detailing with embroidery, print and colour which are inspired from the murals and motifs on heritage palaces. The designs also showcase a combination of demure and fierce romance that has arich colour palate combined with texture and silhouettes never to be found in any other brand.”
