Statex To Introduce Cost Saving Legend Compact By July 2017

In the year 2011, Statex introduced the “Double Compact” which is a patented technology. After that success, in the year 2015 “Summit Compact” was launched which is fully modified and provides user friendly experience. Statex has been constantly reinventing itself by introducing new and improved technology. It is not surprising for Statex to introduce its new “Legend Compact” in ITME 2016 because it has put massive efforts to upgrade and to satisfy the needs of the textile industry.

“Legend Compact” is another milestone, which was introduced in ITME 2016 will. It will commence its commercial supply in July 2017. Knowing the strong interest of the customers, Statex with its efficient team will continue to upgrade and fulfill the customer needs. In “Legend Compact” each and every component is analyzed and modified to achieve higher quality of the yarn with lower maintenance cost.

Statex briefly spelled out the advantages of Legend Compact in the following manner. It has a Lattice Apron which is used to compact the yarn and its length is reduced to 20 percent. This results in reduction of cost. Legend Compact Pressure Roller (P.R) is introduced instead of Pressure Pad (P.P), to promote multi-purpose usage after normal running wear. The life increases from one year by using PP to 12 years by using P.R and each stage lock is provided to hold the pressure roller firmly in its all set position.

The diameters of the cots of the compact roller reduce from 40 to 30 mm and both rollers have same diameter which leads to easy maintenance and cost reduction of 30 percent. Existing Lattice Aprons have deadweight tension base with spring loaded independent Tension Guide Bar for each Lattice Apron. The advantage of independent tension guide bar is that it avoids the lapping of cotton at Lattice Apron and improves the consistency in quality of yarn.

A Suction tube top nose is guarded with special material having lower coefficient of friction. This can be interchanged during wear & tear and it extends its life up to 5 years. This advantage will guard the suction tube from normal wearing. So the Suction tube needs not be changed for life long. Statex informs that, now the Statex Legend Compact is in mill observation and it will be introduced in commercial market in the month of July 2017.
