Goller's Sintensa Cyclone Tandem Extends Washing Efficiency For Stretch Wovens

Goller showcased its third generation drum washer - Sintensa Cyclone Tandem High Efficiency Washing Compartment, at India ITME 2016. The focus remains on resource savings, automation, efficiency and quality.

Speaking to Textile Excellence, Adam Jozwik, Area Sales Director, Goller, said, "India is one of our best markets today. We see a lot of demand for automation, high end processing and washing solutions. And our latest offering meets the Indian industry's requirements."

Goller's Sintensa Cyclone Tandem has been developed keeping in mind the various fabric developments that have happened.

"From knit fabric, the trend is shifted to spandex in woven fabrics to impart various functionalities to the fabric. In keeping with this trend, our third generation drum washer is meant for washing knits and also elastic woven fabrics."

The newly-designed Goller washing compartment reduces fabric's running tension, by optimizing fabric's running route, and by the specially designed rotor installed on the driven drum (perforated).

Sintensa Cyclone Tandem guarantees energy-saving, emission reduction and production costs-saving and makes the open-width washing process for knitted fabric more smooth and efficient.

With these features, Jozwik believes that the machine will find a good market not just in India, but also in Bangladesh, Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan.
