appointed industry veteran Markus Kleindorp as the new CEO and Gregor Stalder

departure former CEO Ralph Mennicke.

CEO of Loepfe in the beginning of May. He brings a wealth of experience from
his tenure as the former CEO of MEMMINGER-IRO GmbH within the Vandewiele Group
and have deep insights into the textile industry.
After four years of dedicated service, the former CEO Ralph
Mennicke, has decided to embark on new professional endeavors, signaling a
change in leadership for the company. Loepfe Brothers’ board has accepted
Mennicke's resignation and extends gratitude for his contributions to Loepfe's
journey.
Loepfe utilized this opportunity to restructure its management
team, reinforcing it with professionals having extensive business expertise. Loepfe
greets Gregor Stalder as the new CFO who brings proven expertise and experience
