SSM Management Reshuffle: Maurer Elevated To Chairman, Dr. Maccabruni Is New CEO

The Swiss based Schärer Schweiter Mettler (SSM) AG will experience some changes in the top management from 1st April, 2016.The Incumbent CEO, Ernesto Maurer, is stepping down from his executive business functions and resumes the responsibility of the Chairman of SSM board.

 

Dr. Davide Maccabruni, Head of Research and Development and Managing Director of SSM GIUDICI is appointed as the new CEO of SSM effective from 1st April, 2016 Dr. Maccabruni has been with SSM for the last 10 years and has strongly contributed to the development of the company. With his elevation to the Chief Executive position at SSM ensures continuity in successful management change at this leading manufacturer of textile machinery in Switzerland.
