MAG Showcased Its New Products In TexFair, 2016

SPinFO - Online spinning information system & TensoLite - Semi-automatic single yarn strength tester

Both the products were well received and many new enquiries generated during the expo. SPinFO, the Spinning information system developed by MAG, acquires data from individual spindles in Ring Spinning and individual machines in preparatory precisely and provides a detailed overview of the machine performance of the spinning mill. SPinFO optimises the utilisation of men, material and machine to its core and helps to get the maximum out of it. SPinFO's round the clock monitoring provides valuable inputs and helps in optimising your resources, leading to reduced manufacturing cost and improved margins.

TensoLite:

TensoLite is a semi-automatic version of single yarn strength tester and all its features are incorporated in this too. TensoLite helps to determine the tensile properties of yarns either in single, plied (or) cabled form.

Working on CRE principle, some of the features are listed down below:

a. Measurement of single yarn RKM & Elongation

b. Test speed 50-5000 mm/ min

c. Elongation range up to 800%

d. State of the art, ICM system with latest ARM based microcontroller.

e. Built-in self-diagnostic test facility.

f. Three modes - Hand sensor, foot press and push button for test start
