ITEMA Weaving Dazzles In ITMA Asia 2016 Expo With A Tantalizing Display Of Technology

In the recently concluded ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016 exhibition, Itema, the world’s largest privately held provider of advanced weaving solutions, displayed a very impressive line-up of products.

Itema leveraged this engineering expo in Asia to showcase exciting, brand-new evolutions in both rapier and airjet product portfolios and officially presented the highly acclaimed ITMA novelties. Importantly, Itema also demonstrated the technological and geographical proximity in the stronger-than-ever commitment to go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction.

In all Itema exhibited 15 weaving machines across two halls in the mega expo exhibition. In addition, Itema unveiled R9500denim the brand new product concept dedicated exclusively and especially to denim mills in search of customized solutions to enable them to respond faster, and more efficiently to changing denim trends.

The R9500terry, a big favourite of sophisticated premium terry weavers worldwide after its debut in Milan in 2015, was officially presented for the first time in Asia. In airjet, an all-new Jacquard application was highly appreciated by devoted Itema airjet customers from worldwide who came for the Asia expo.

In an unprecedented move, Itema released a manifesto to match the exact weaving requirements of customers with latest and most advanced technology. The technology was designed with Customer needs in mind and delivered in faster-than-ever delivery times.
