Saurer To Exhibit Its Entire Range Of Innovations At ITME India 2016

Saurer Group plans to display its machinery brands like Schlafhorst, Zinser, Allma, Volkmann and Saurer Embroidery, besides its components brands like Accotex, Daytex, Fibrevision, Temco, Texparts, it has been officially announced.

The Zinser Impact 72 compact spinning machine will be displayed in combination with the Autoconer 6 at ITME, December 3, 2016, Mumbai (Hall 1, Booth H1B12C11), according to a release.

Since the focus of the expo will be on ‘Make In India’, the ZinserImpact 72 which has been made in India will also be showcased.

The ZinserImpact 72 compact spinning machine is equipped with the self-cleaning Impact FX unit and guarantees top productivity, maximum process reliability and optimal raw material utilisation.

The new ZinserSpeed 5A roving frame which consumes 20% less energy will be displayed at the expo. With a 220mm gauge, its roving frame is also up to 17% shorter than its legendary predecessor. The new automatic doffer features a doffing time of less than two minutes, guaranteeing maximum efficiency in terms of productivity.

Schlafhorst’s Autocoro 9, which sets new records for energy consumption, productivity, economic efficiency, ease of operation and quality in the fully automated machine segment will be seen at the expo.

Saurer Schlafhorst and Zinser Plant Operation Centres which enable remote plant monitoring of their production and quality data to improve efficiency, will also be displayed.
