Our journey started in 1991. We have spent 25 years supplying basic testing material to the textile machinery market. Over the years we have upgraded our services and products to meet the market requirements. Today we are in a position to meet the entire textile machinery market's needs. In addition, we have our own precision set up that is mainly used to make entire components for textile machinery in house.

What are your current plans for the growing textile machinery market?

We have a major plan for scaling up our operations. We have introduced innovative products in the market. We have recently received a R&D award for our new product AccuTrash. AccuTrash is an advanced true trash separation gravimetric method with buoyancy technique. It measures the real trash content (trash dust and micro dust) in raw material, process material & waste. It also ensures automatic weighing of trash to ensure accurate results.

How good is the response to Mag's products in the export segment?

As the years pass by, our export market is increasing steadily. We have added three more countries to our export list currently. Whichever country we supplied gave us a positive response to our products and we are rich in cornering repeat orders. In a few months from now we will have tie-ups with three more multi-nationals. We are planning to capitalize on Mexico & the Balkan countries in a big way. Over a period of time, we have grown into an export major being able to sell to 20 countries including Europe, Japan & America.

Tell us more about the benefits of your online monitoring system SPinFo.

It comes in very handy in spinning applications where there are a number of resources like manpower, raw material and power are involved. Online monitoring helps optimize all these resources. It results in high production, no quality deviation and deviation alerts reaching the concerned person in time.

Can you briefly explain how SPinFo helps achieve this goal?

SPinFO, the online spinning information system acquires data from each and every spindle in ring frame and individual machines in preparatory precisely. It provides a detailed overview of the machine performance to the users at various levels such as operators, supervisors, maintenance personnel, managers and top management for immediate action, analysis and prompt decision making. This ensures increased performance of the spinning mill through reduced manufacturing cost.
