Nan Yang, a leading textile group in Thailand and one of the largest vertically integrated apparel companies in Asia, has selected Bruckner’s equipment for their processing line. The company is engaged in manufacturing of knitted garments, fabrics and cotton yarn. The company has modern machines and technology to ensure the bulk production of T-shirts, polo shirts, night shirts, pajamas, leggings, shorts, sportswear and two piece sets, etc. made of cotton and cotton blends with elastane or viscose. They also produce yarn-dyed stripes and prints and clientele includes some of the prominent names like Nike, Uniqlo, Lotus, Under Armour, Adidas and others.

Nan Yang produces 20,000 MT of yarn per year and their 425 circular knitting machines convert it to fabrics. Their garmenting facilities in Thailand & Laos produce 31 million pieces of readymade knitted apparel each year. The company is in the process of setting up a new garment unit in Vietnam with a capacity to produce 18 million pieces per year which will start operations in this year.

The company has acquired sophisticated imported machinery to ensure fast and efficient production, reduction of costs, optimum equipment utilization and reduced manpower.

Nan Yang has ordered a Brückner stenter for their heat-setting operations. The high drying performance in combination with a very homogeneous air flow and temperature distribution because of the alternatingly arranged thermo zones and the proven split-flow design with separately adjustable upper and lower air were some of the features that convinced the customer. Reproducible fabric finishing results and the robust design ensuring a long service life of the machines are among strong advantages of the Brückner stenter.
