Sangam in fact boasts of a well-entrenched network of over 100 dealers and 1,000 retailers across the length and breadth of India with its manufacturing facility located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Our association with Sangam is very satisfying and dates back to a decade. This event stands as testimony for our products.”

The domestic strengths apart, Reshmi Industries has proven itself as a name to reckon with in the international markets too. The company at present enjoys an awesome reputation for drum winders and other products it has launched in the global markets that span 25 countries.
Reshmi Industries’ key overseas clients hail from a host of India’s competing nations like Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, Turkey, Iran and Pakistan. According to Sajan, “We have a total of 12 product portfolios which are exported to global markets including the key players in Asia and Europe. This includes our core strengths in drum winders that are exported to 25 countries in all.”
Sajan explained, “We are not industry leaders for nothing. We focus on each and every performance aspect of our machines. For instance, our drum winders consume 20% less power, increase productivity by 25% and require a bare minimum of maintenance. They are equipped with the latest version (Version 7) of the embedded digital microcontrollers.
State-of-the-art modern manufacturing facility:
Sajan when queried about the latest venue for his firm’s operations enthused “We currently occupy a sprawling complex that spans 110,000 sq feet. It comprises a two storeyed building. The ground floor is used for our drum winding machines and sewing machines. The top floor is dedicated to the manufacture of high precision type machines and instruments.”
Enunciating the details of his company’s business philosophy, Sajan said, “We manufacture most of our components in-house thus guaranteeing us total control over quality. Only the drums are outsourced to NIF, Navsari. Rest all come from our home stables. This ensures that when we target our European clients who are extremely discerning customers, we are able to give them 100% value for money.”
Quality as a hallmark of Reshmi’s fame:
“Across generations, ever since its inception, we at Reshmi Industries have been highly quality conscious and we have adapted the stringent six sigma model to avoid defects in our products to the utmost possible level,” said Sajan, adding, “This is one of the key reasons we attribute to our phenomenal growth in the textile machinery market realm.”
At present the company has a dedicated 20-member team to attend to the quality assurance process. “In addition to adhering to the rigorous six sigma quality standards, our products are put through a trial run for 48 hours before final delivery to our clients. This automatically ensures that only the best of our products reach our customers and we stand by them as a pillar of quality assurance,” observed Sajan.
Dwelling on the after sales features, Sajan said, “Our firm is very prompt in servicing our products post sales and we have a 30 strong team presence pan India for this purpose. Currently, our company has service points located at New Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.”
