India: Haria Exports improves performance during Q1, FY 2013-14

Haria Exports, among the country’s important apparel exporters, has improved its net profit during the first quarter of the current financial year, to Rs 551,000. The company had suffered a loss of Rs 9.14 million during the preceding three months. In the corresponding three months, net profit was recorded at Rs 713,000.

The company’s net sales during the April-June quarter this year were to the tune of Rs 5.05 million, a 411% growth, compared to the preceding quarter. But 80% lower than in the corresponding quarter of 2012.
