Truetzschler Is The Technology Partner Of Choice In Panipat

“Customer First” has always been the philosophy at Truetzschler. It is with this spirit, last year in the month of May 2019, Truetzschler opened its Service and Spare parts centre in Panipat. Panipat, which until recently was known as “City of Weavers” has seen a huge leap in spinning activities. Panipat is the biggest manufacturing hub of recycled yarn. There are more than 600 OE machines producing almost 500 tons of yarn every day. With the start of many spinning mills in this area, Truetzschler, the bale to sliver specialist, was the obvious technology partner. Truetzschler now has a large base of more than 500 carding machines in this area. To celebrate this success and further apprise the customers of the new product developments, Truetzschler held its “Customer Day” in Panipat on 8^th January 2020 at the prestigious Days Hotel. Despite the cold weather in the north region, the event was a huge success and received an overwhelming response from the customers as more than 100 decision makers attended the programme. Dr Dirk Burger, CEO, Truetzschler Germany, Mr Joseph Thomson, CEO, Truetzschler India, Mr Ashish Sharma, Vice President Sales and Service, Truetzschler India, Mr Kiran Hanchate, Business Head Spinning of A.T.E. and Mr Anil Sharma, Regional Head A.T.E. New Delhi were present to welcome the customers. Dr Dirk Burger in his welcome address to the customers said “Indian market is a special place for Truetzschler and the company strives to bring its latest products to its esteemed customers. In recent times Panipat has seen a large delivery of carding machines and therefore Truetzschler is committed for its after sales activities also. Truetzschler will do all that is possible to be the customers “preferred choice of technology provider”. In his address Mr Kiran Hanchate said that “A.T.E. is committed to bring the latest textile technology to its Indian customers through its various principals.” Mr Ashish Sharma gave an insightful presentation about the latest offerings from Truetzschler like the new automatic bale opener BO P, the next generation intelligent card TC 19i, the smart creel equipped draw-frame TD 10. The highlight of the event was the impromptu question and answer session where technical experts from Truetzschler answered various questions put forward by the delegates.
