Trützschler India, a subsidiary of German textile machinery manufacturer Trützschler Group, launched its new generation of high-production cards in the Indian market: the TC 12. The TC 12 was introduced to the Indian market at the “All India Live WEBINAR”, which was attended by more than 1100 people from the industry. Dr. Bettina Temath, Head of Global Marketing at Trützschler Group, explained some of the important features of the new carding machine, such as the new 8-point setting of flexible bends, the WASTECONTROL sensor, the new coiler system T-Move 2/CCL and the new web doffing system. In addition, Ashish Sharma, Head of Sales and Service at Trützschler India, talked about the card’s applications that extend from open end and vortex spinning (with IDF) to a specialised TC 12 version for man-made fibres and recycled materials. To answer further questions about the technology and benefits of the TC 12, Armin Leder, Global Director R&D at Trützschler Group, was also part of the webinar. With the launch of the TC 12, Trützschler is expanding its product range in the Indian market. The new card is capable of operating at very high speeds while maintaining global quality standards. Its innovative features, reduced downtime and simplified maintenance make TC 12 the ideal choice for customers with different requirements.
