InspirOn Has Successfully Executed Versatile SprintOn Stenter At Milliken USA, In One Go.

One of the recent example of sustainable innovation show this conviction to process technical textiles at Milliken, USA.” InspirOn has successfully executed customised solution for finishing of technical textiles, nonwovens and floor coverings at Milliken, USA in one go. The complete customised line was 65 meter long and consists of approximately 160000 parts supplied as a unique solution to process heavy woven fabric and delicate knitted fabric. In spite of so many components, machine was dispatched without any shortages. Milliken was so much delighted because in spite of all Covid restrictions, InspirOn has deputed their installation team on time and they have completed the work with full customer satisfaction. • Fire Safety - Machine is designed as per NFPA 86 standard to minimise fire & explosion hazards (Water sprinklers, differential pressure switches, special hooter and Insulation panels with special vents operate automatically during explosive condition)
• Human Safety - Emergency stops are provided at every 3 meter distance, Safety barriers are provided to prevent human intervention during machine running condition.
• Industry 4.0 -SCADA, Remote Access, Recipe Storage
• Fabric Relaxation and Continuous Operation – 4 number of J Scrays are used for continuous machine operation and for fabric relaxation at appropriate places
