Colorband Dyestuff Pvt. Ltd. recently hosted a Technical Seminar on “Polyester Blends for Activewear, Sportswear and Knits” at Erode on the 20^th August 2022. The seminar saw whole hearted and enthusiastic participation of around 65 key personnel’s including owners, senior managers and lab technicians from the textile processing houses based at Erode, Perundurai and nearby locations. Colorband Dyestuff is one of the leading manufacturer of textile dyes and speciality auxiliaries in since last 25 years and has expanded its global presence by exporting to more than 35 countries. The seminar highlighted the USP of the varied range of products offered by Colorband Dyestuff. The selection of cost effective specific trichromy (disperse dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes) which passes stringent export norms was presented to the customers. Also recent developments in cationic dyeable polyester with the process knowhow was shared with the attendees. Garments made out of different fabric qualities processed with Colorband product packages were also displayed in the seminar. The session on `Optimistic Approach in Textile Coloration’ presented the processing techniques and process overview of new generation synthetic polyester micro fibres and pertinent features of spandex/elastane (lycra) was elaborated for first time right dyeing considering that these blends are very much in demand for activewear and sportswear.
