With an area of 504 square meters, the company will be exhibiting and demonstrating the "Process Coner II FPRO EX" automatic winder, and the "VORTEX 870 EX" Vortex spinning machine which can perform all 3 processes of roving, spinning, and winding on a single machine. They will also be exhibiting some of the newest samples of products made with VORTEX yarn which can be utilized for a wide range of materials and a diverse selection of applications. In addition, they will also be showing dynamic video content introducing the concept, history, and features of the "Muratec Smart Support (MSS)" IoT solution. Automatic Winder - PROCES PROCESS CONER II FPRO EX Link Coner type 12 drums Muratec will be exhibiting a Link Coner type which has become more popular with the increasing demand for labour saving in last few years. At the venue, they will hold a demonstration of the "Stretch Air Splicer" which splices CSY (core spandex yarn) with air. The FPRO EX can achieve high quality winding of a diverse range of package shapes. The company will be exhibiting the machine together with a variety of package samples. VORTEX Spinning Machine - VORTEX 870 EX 16 spindles VORTEX Spinning Machines have realized high speed spinning through the application of Muratec's original air spinning technologies. The latest model 870 EX will be exhibited and is capable of spinning at a maximum speed of 550 m per minute. You get to see demonstrations of spinning of two types of yarn: 100% Polyester and Poly/Cotton. IoT Solution - Muratec Smart Support (MSS) For this event a special video space setup within the booth while be done, where visitors can watch an MSS concept movie.
