Auro Textiles Installs 28 Ultimax Weaving Machines From Picanol

Auro Textiles, which is part of Vardhman - India’s largest vertically integrated textile producer has recently installed 28 Ultimax Rapier Weaving Machines from Picanol. These weaving machines formed part of the very first serial batch of Ultimax weaving machines that were manufactured following its launch at the ITMA 2023 exhibition.

A celebration ceremony was held this week at Auro Textiles in Baddi (India) to mark this special milestone.

“The installation of the Ultimax rapier machines is a testament to our strong partnership for already 27 years, as well as our mutual commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability in the textile industry. We are very proud to support Auro Textiles in its growth and development. We thank them for their trust and loyalty, and we are looking forward to continuing our fruitful collaboration in the future,” emphasised Kasiviswanathan Palanisamy, Director, Picanol India.

“We had the privilege to discover the Ultimax machine last year during a visit at the Picanol headquarters in Belgium and were immediately impressed by the features of this brand-new rapier weaving machine. We are confident that these new machines will enhance our productivity, efficiency, and profitability, while also meeting the diverse and dynamic demands of our customers,” explained Ms. Sagrika Jain, Executive Director.

The Ultimax rapier machine is a revolutionary weaving machine that offers three main benefits: ultimate performance and high-quality output, readiness for the sustainability requirements of tomorrow, and the greatest ease of use thanks to a maximum level of digitization, which is based on fully integrated sensors situated in almost every part of the machine.
