Indo Count Acquires Premium US Based Home Fashion Brand WAMSUTTA

Indo Count, the largest global bed linen manufacturer and exporter from India, announces its strategic acquisition of the US based home fashions brand WAMSUTTA from Beyond, Inc. (NYSE: BYON). Wamsutta is an industry-leading home fashions brand that has delighted generations of consumers with luxurious bed, bath and other home textile products. This acquisition has been closed on 18th April, 2024 and expected to strengthen Indo Count’s brand portfolio as well as elevate its position in the premium market segment. Indo Count Industries Ltd (ICIL) is among the largest global home textile bed linen manufacturer and led by Mr. Anil Kumar Jain, Founder & Executive Chairman.

Renowned for its exceptional quality and a brand legacy since 1846, WAMSUTTA is poised for substantial growth under Indo Count's leadership.

The acquisition is done through Indo Count’s wholly owned subsidiary Indo Count Global Inc., based out of Delaware, USA for a deal value of US$ 10.25 million.
