Nesterra Launches 5.0 Collection, Showcases Textile Innovation and Portfolio Expansion

Nesterra, the luxury home décor and furnishings brand from Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd. under the K.K. Birla Group, unveiled its highly anticipated 5.0 Collection at an exclusive showcase in Mumbai’s Bağlami, BKC on 16 June 2025. This launch marks a new milestone in Nesterra’s journey, blending design maturity with a deeper focus on functionality, storytelling, and sustainability.

The 5.0 Collection introduces a fresh category of blinds into Nesterra’s portfolio, reflecting a decisive step in product diversification. New fabric lines such as Flawless, Breeze, and Eclipse combine performance features like easy care, light filtration, and blackout efficiency with refined aesthetics. Garden of 1905 stands out for reviving Flemish botanical art from archival gouache designs, while Petal Poetry and Raw Comfort infuse tactile elegance into contemporary spaces.

The blinds category showcases a mix of natural and engineered materials across three new sub-brands such as Forest Frames (wooden blinds), Layor (roller blinds), and Shades of Blinds which offer solutions across blackout, translucent, and sheer preferences. Each product reflects Nesterra’s intent to merge mindful design with practical application.

Ashish Kumar, CEO and Wholetime Director, emphasised that Nesterra’s retail partnerships have been instrumental in shaping the brand’s evolution. Smita Joshi, Vice President, highlighted the personal connection behind every collection, affirming that Nesterra’s creations are rooted in consumer insights and everyday lifestyles. The 5.0 Collection captures a shift toward conscious, consumer-led design, where every textile is crafted not just to decorate but to connect. Nesterra’s expansion reinforces its ambition to become a complete solutions provider in the home textile space, both in India and global markets.
