Kornit Digital showcases Kornit Avalanche 1000, Kornit Breeze at GTE, Bangalore

Kornit Digital, the leader in direct-to-garment (DTG) and digital roll-to-roll textile printing solutions, has joined hands with its distributor Dhaval Color Chem Pvt Ltd. (DCC) to exhibit at the Garment Technology Expo Bangalore which starts today at Dr. Prabhakar Kore Convention Centre, Bangalore. The show concludes on August 24, 2014.

At stall no. BC-28, Kornit is showcasing two key members of its portfolio of proven technologies, the “Kornit Avalanche 1000” and the “Kornit Breeze”. The Kornit Avalanche 1000, with close to a 100 global installations is  the leading platform in the industry for  DTG mass-production, while the Kornit Breeze is engineered specifically for small to mid-sized commercial digital t-shirt printing businesses and a perfect entry level to the DTG world. Both machines are based on Kornit’s NeoPigment™ ink process, the only technology that prints on multiple fabrics, dark and white with no pre-treatment or post-print press, and is completely environmentally safe and friendly.

In addition, Kornit is launching its QuickP Plus 2.0 which offers a complete workflow solution to help both large and small businesses create, organise, and manage their valuable design assets, orders and inventory. It has been created to increase the users’ productivity by reducing the time it takes between the creation of personalised garments and the printing of the orders.

The technologies on display at GTE Bangalore 2014 offer visitors the opportunity to explore the truly game-changing potential that direct-to-garment printing can offer. The Kornit team will discuss with visitors their various business needs, and illustrate the lowest total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) of Kornit’s solution such as low labour investment, simple operation and maintenance, maximum printing possibilities and so on.

Kornit has built on its presence in India in recent years - it currently has a dedicated team and a sound distributor network in the country. The company has over 15 installations in India supporting the operations of its customers who are dealing with both export and domestic online market segments.

“We view India as an important market with unlimited opportunities for growth, especially in the e-commerce segment which was projected to grow to US$ 12.6 billion by the end of 2014.  We are excited to offer our complete printing solution which enables our customers to maintain their competitiveness in this e-commerce wave.  Our breakthrough in DTG solution offers businesses not only superior print quality and reliability, but also the ability to customise, organise and manage their valuable design assets, orders and inventory, thus enabling them to capitalise on new market opportunities for increased profit and growth,” said Eyal Manzoor, Managing Director for Asia Pacific, Kornit Digital.
