targeting efficiency, sustainability and digital integration across
manufacturing. The company will highlight its upgraded X Series carding systems,
designed for spunlace, needle punching and air through bonding applications.
A key innovation includes the T ONE digital platform,
enabling real time energy monitoring and CO2 tracking per production unit,
alongside AI driven anomaly detection to reduce downtime. The T SUPREMA line
demonstrates capability across a wide range from below 50 gsm to above 2000
gsm, supporting diversified industrial applications.
Global demand for nonwovens is projected to exceed US$
70 billion by 2027, driven by hygiene, medical and filtration segments.
Trützschler also showcased TRUECYCLED, an integrated textile recycling
solution, aligning with rising circular economy adoption across textile value
chains.
