LCC's Renewed Customer Centric Approach Well Received By Industry

SYMPOSIUM 2015

Lakshmi Card Clothing (LCC), jointly with their agent Voltas, conducted a series of seminars in Chandigarh and Ludhiana on March 13-14, 2015. The seminars were aimed at sharing knowledge and technical know-how in addition to unveiling their latest offerings to the textile industry.

Gandhiraj, GM, National Sales of LCC, inaugurated the seminars. He highlighted the importance of cutting-edge technology for the textile industry. In this small, but well present customer meet LCC assured its customers of excellent after sales service. Managing directors, top executives and decision makers of leading corporate mills attended the symposium.

During the event, S.Hari Shankar, Joint Managing Director of LCC, said, "We have made a lot of improvements in products and also in the organisation. All the issues faced by the customers in terms of long waiting periods have been resolved. LCC will continue to be customer driven and more market centric than ever before."

M.Sundaresan, Senior Manager-Product Development of LCC, delivered a presentation highlighting the ground breaking product developments at LCC. The complete range of products offered by LCC where explained in detail. This included the recently launched Evolv 2X range of Cylinder wire, Doffer wire and Flat-tops. He explained how LCC provides reliable solutions for every type of carding machine, be it high or super high production cards. He also presented other popular and much needed products ranges including Licker-in Wires, C-factor systems and Card Service machines.

The entire team of LCC and Voltas were immensely pleased with the response received during the two-day event, which was attended by over 500 customers from Chandigarh and Ludhiana. Delegates were happy to receive detailed information about the company's carding technologies, that could help them save energy and increase output efficiency.
