Marzoli All Set To Display FT6DE Roving Frame, MTR Transport System At ITME

Marzoli India plans to display its FT6DE roving frame, MTR system as well as software platforms at hall number 1, stand number D9 during the forthcoming India ITME 2016, Mumbai, it has been officially announced.

Other solutions and machines comprising processes of fibre preparation, spinning preparation and ring spinning will also be displayed at the event, according to a company release.

On display will be MTR, the bobbin transport system which best suits spinning mills with standard high-volumes productions.

Among other solutions, the company will display its YarNet production management software which allows the client to control every machine comprising fibre preparation, spinning preparation and ring spinning.

The company will showcase MRM, its innovative platform which analyses symptomatic data gathered by processors and sensors installed in critical parts of machines to constantly monitor their efficiency.

Data regarding temperatures, power consumption, pressures and vibrations are sent to an IoT platform provided by Microsoft, which is analysed through special algorithms. These algorithms verify that monitored parameters are within nominal operating ranges of machines. Clients are immediately alerted in case of any aberrations.

MRM ensures that maintenance is no longer based on the experience of a few technicians or on standard manuals, but on a great amount of reliable and case-specific information.

Some of the main advantages achievable with MRM are reduction of downtimes, prevention of machine failures, longer lives of machine components and more effective maintenance of the mill.

Also on display will be the Mac3000 compacting system which is one of the few apron systems with an effective “auto-cleaning effect” of the apron, which also enables easy supervision of the core area of the device.

The accurate design of the Mac3000’s apron not only guarantees top compacting performances, but it also ensures lower maintenance costs. The disposition of the holes on one axis assures higher resistance of the apron to tension forces and consequently a longer service life of the component.

Marzoli’s staff will also be present at the event to explain as well as demonstrate its machines and solutions, the release stated.
