Itema To Display Its Innovations In Airjet And Rapier Weaving Technology At ITME 2016

Itema plans to display its latest innovations in airjet and rapier weaving technology at hall number 6, booth number B1 of India ITME 2016, according to an official release.

 

On the display, there would be Rapier R9500 (190 cm for shirting), Rapier R9500terry (260cm for terry towels), Airjet A9500p (190 cm for shirting), Airjet A9500p (210 cm for stretch denim) and Airjet A9500 (340 cm for bed sheeting), the release stated.

 

Itema India Managing Director Updeep Singh said, “Itema offers best-in-class rapier, airjet and projectile weaving machines along with a real time after-sales service, and the key reasons of our weaving machines success in India include superior textile performance of our machines and the unrivalled expertise of our technicians. Moreover, we are so proudly confident in our machines’ reliability and performance that we are the only weaving machine manufacturer to offer a two-year extended warranty”.

 

During India ITME 2016 (December 3 to December 8), Itema will exhibit five weaving machines in its booth and one rapier machine with Jacquard application in Stäubli’s booth.

 

The company will advantages of its original spare parts in a dedicated corner, which will be of great interest for many weavers who have installed both the latest Itema machines as well as previous Sulzer, Somet and Vamatex models.

 

Visitors will have the opportunity to watch Itema R9500, which is the most successful rapier machine in recent history, according to a company release.

 

Incidentally, Itema has been present in India since 2002, with more than 50 employees, including sales and after-sales teams, besides technical support as well as advanced repair centres at Mumbai, Coimbatore, New Dehli and Ichalkaranji.

 

“In October, we opened the doors of our new offices in Mumbai and recently, we set up a new electronic repair centre at Ichalkaranji, where highly qualified engineers take care of all electronic components of our weaving machines, ensuring the best assistance to our customers,” Singh said, according to the release.
