Brueckner’s 'Made In Germany' Finishing Lines Capture The Surat Market

Surat-based textile manufacturer (Siddhi Vinayak Knots & Prints Pvt Ltd) is a leading manufacturer of polyester sarees and women dress material in India. Laxmipati Sarees had installed a German-made Brueckner stenter in early 2010. This line consists of eight drying chambers, has a vertical chain system and is designed for heat-setting of polyester fabric with high twist yarns at a maximum speed of 100 m/minute.

Experiencing the performance of this first machine, Rakesh Sarawagi (Director) was keen to install a second Brueckner machine. The new stenter frame will be utilised to replace old technology. Another Surat-based textile company, Ganga Fashions Pvt Ltd, manufactures and exports modern styles of sarees and women dresses with innovative printed designs. They sell their trendy fashion products all over the globe.

Brueckner's stentering line with horizontal chain system for woven fabric will start operating from early 2017. Since 10 years now, Brueckner has been successfully working together with their Indian agent Voltas Ltd.
