Orange O Tec Pvt. Ltd. which hit the shop floor in 2008 has stolen a march over many competitors and is comfortably poised to capture the Indian and global markets in the near future. In a one-to-one interview with Textile Excellence, A Bhasin Director Sales (West) opens up about his company's journey to success and future prospects.

Tell us about your journey that propelled you to success in such a relatively short span of time.

We have been active in importing and exporting advanced quality digital printing machines and accessories. We have at a complete range of products that include textile printing machines, digital printing machines, high speed textile printer and textile digital printing machine. Our infrastructure has covered over an extensive area and proper categorisation has been made of the whole facility just to have smooth execution of all operations. Our infrastructure consists of warehousing and packaging, quality control, administrative and many other departments. Our machines are made as per the international quality standards.

You play a very proactive part in importing and exporting quality machines. This means that your vendor base must be playing a crucial role. Can you throw some light on your vendor capabilities?

We have excellent relationship with various renowned vendors in the market. We offer outstanding products within the postulated time frame. Our well experienced team selects the vendor. Our procurement agents keep contacts with vendors and intimate them about the exact requirements. Thus, we are able to offer the products according to customer needs.

Can you tell us about the services you offer to your clients?

One of our key competencies is problem analysis and research of technical solutions. Orange O tec analyses the technical problem and its possible solutions, using digital, traditional or combined technologies. The research of solutions implies either the use of existing machines or the study of special & innovative solutions, varying according to different needs of the company, of the market or of production. We also specialise in engineering and complete installation. We have been instrumental in development of solutions for complete textile plants or turnkey projects, from designing to final testing and staff training. Another of the key areas of our services includes our offer to conduct special and innovative technology experiments. We are at our client's disposal to make researches or experiments on particular and innovative technologies, either if suggested by the client or based on our original research. There are also a host of other services among others like installation of standard printing machines, supply from a single machine to the complete plant, providing digital ink-jet inks and consumption material storage, just in time supply contracts, technical assistance and after sale, research of colors, dye stuff, inks and special material.

How was response during India ITME 2016?

Response has been excellent. Decision makers from industry from all over India and many other parts of the world have visited us and have shown serious intention of buying our latest products on the shelf. We were able to meet many new reputed clients from India and abroad.

Tell us about the products you have displayed in the current exhibition.

We have on display MS JP7 digital printers. MS JP7 has a maximum speed of 230 linear meter/hourIt has a resolution of 600 dpi x 600 dpi. It has drop size from 4pl to 72 pl. It also has embedded remote diagnostic capabilities. In addition, it has an embedded web server for generating cost report.
