German textile machinery manufacturer Dilo Group has announced plans to display its machines meant for the nonwovens sector at the INDEX exhibition to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from April 4 to April 7.
Dilo Group will exhibit its machines for nonwovens at booth number 2010, from fibre preparation to finished needlefelt, according to a company release.
Other group companies like DiloSpinnbau, DiloTemafa, DiloMachines and DiloSystems which offer customised production lines will also be present at the expo. DiloTemafa will exhibit new techniques for gentle opening of longer fibres at high throughput speeds using several opening stages.
The VectorQuadroCard by DiloSpinnbau, first presented at the ITMA 2015 show in Milan, Italy, which combines different types of card within one card, will also be displayed.
Its newly designed delivery system is flexible to allow the production of parallel, random or condensed webs. The new card feeding system ‘Unifeed’, which combines principles of a volumetric system allowing fine dosing with the advantages of an open vibration chute feed has also been adapted.
The new horizontal crosslayer DLSC 200 from DiloMachines which sets new standards in cross-lapping technology with an electro-mechanical web in-feed speed will be displayed.
On display will be the horizontal cross layer DLSC 200 equipment by DiloMachines, which is a new needle module with 22 needles embedded in a plastic support to be used in needle boards with very high needle density. These modules result in a fast and precise filling of needle boards. The exhibition will also display the company’s compact line for the production of high quality needlefelts from special fibres like carbon
