Colorjet India, Vee Kay Enterprises Among Exhibitors At Garment Technology Expo 2017

Digital textile printing companies like Colorjet India and Vee Kay Enterprises, among others have showcased their products at the 2017 edition of the Garment Technology Expo (GTE), which began on March 3 at NSIC Exhibition Complex, Okhla, New Delhi.

The expo which will be on until March 6 is the largest and most comprehensive garment technology show in India which offers a platform for business exchange for the entire apparel manufacturing and ancillary industries.

GTE New Delhi is patronised by trade professionals, including manufacturers, exporters, institutions and other high volume consumers. Typically, owners, CEOs, MDs and production heads drop in to see, compare and negotiate deals for new machinery, while designers, technical supervisors as well as shop floor managers visit the expo to update themselves on new technologies, materials, the latest product launches and new innovations..

The event offers exhibitors a unique opportunity of one-to-one networking with target customers as well as spreading awareness in all relevant segments of the trade through direct display and media exposure.

It encompasses the entire breath of garment manufacturing, from sewing machines to finishing and testing to dyeing and printing to packaging and logistics.

The expo itself began in 2001 with 87 participants and 4,700 visitors, and was organised in 23 editions.

The 2016 edition of the show accommodated 327 participants, representing over 800 companies and brands from 18 countries. The show, which saw attendance by over 19,300 trade visitors, covered all segments of the industry; right from the latest technology machines to machine spares and consumables.

It also featured infrastructure set-up to latest processes and systems; from raw materials to trimmings and embellishments; from logistics and packaging solutions to trade communication and documentation services.
