Santex Rimar Group To Organise Discussion About Future Textile Road In China

Santex Rimar Group, along with the Leading Group Office for Development of Employment-Centered Textile and Apparel Industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and China Textile Information Centre has announced plans to host an event on ‘Future Textile Road - The Future Of The New Textile Industry: a dialogue between Xinjiang, China and Europe.

 

The idea behind the event is to retrace the Silk Road to open a new dialogue between the Asian continent and the Mediterranean Sea region.

 

The event will take place on May 16, May 17 and May 18 at Urumqi, in the Xinjiang province of China, where international textile business leaders will explore the growth of the textile industry through the New Silk Route.

 

Speakers who will be at the event include Sinv Holding President Francesco, Miniwiz Founder & CEO Arthur Huang, Benetton Group’s Head of New Technologies Research & Development Pietro Pin, Krizia’s Artistic Director Cristiano Seganfreddo, Party Committee Secretary Gao Yong and Deputy Secretary General of People’s Government of Xinjiang-Uygur Autonomous Region.

 

Among participants, Bonotto SPA is a textile manufacturer. Its mill consists of three production units as well as the Style Centre in Molvena (Vicenza, in Italy).

 

Sinv is an Italian company which specialises in ready-to-wear apparel.
