French Investor To Build Technical Textiles Factory In Russia

The Expert Council of Moglino special economic zone in Russia has supported an investment project for construction of a factory producing technical textiles.

It considered the application of Strimtex company. The enterprise plans to produce a technical fabric with polyurethane coating for finishing works, popularly called a tissue ceiling. In contrast to well known mass technologies, such as PVC film, this material has many advantages, and one of them is a very high fire certificate.

This textile can be used even in public buildings, because it is not toxic and does not support combustion. These products do not have analogues in Russia and will be in demand in the construction and design markets, not only in Russia, but in CIS countries and Europe as well. "A product that the factory will produce is innovative and is practically not applied in Russia, although it has become popular in Europe long time ago,", a representative of the investor, the founder of a French company HEFI Development, Vincent Aubry, said.
