Belgium’s Picanol Created A Flutter In ITMACH India 2017 With Branded Air Jet Looms

In the recently concluded ITMACH India and Textile Sourcing Exhibitions that were held at Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad from December 7-10, 2017, Picanol NV Belgium created ripples with their Air Jet looms branded as OMNIplus Summum.

The highlights of the air jet machine included, Warp beams and weft bobbins from Arvind Ltd, 1 SUMMUM 4 R 220 CM, Dobby S 3260-16K, 1050 rpm with 10 plus 2 frames style, Eco One with air master software and integrated air consumption meter, RHS (Elsy Plus), Blue 22 Prewinter, P.F.T., Opti Speed with ARVD II plus system, RIPSTOP, Illumination above the reed, Safety Light Grid with PRA II plus, and Warp beam 805 mm with auto speed.

There was a dedicated sales, service and aftermarket team available in the stall to receive the customer and new prospects and explain about the new features and the performance of the machine. OMNIplus Summum was running on Denim fabric with weavers Beam and weft yarn from Arvind Ltd and typical style of Denim was running in all four days at highest speed of 1050 rpm on latest Dobby S 3260 with 12 frames. Continued flow of visitors and ever building crowd whenever the machine was running is a proof that people are very much interested in seeing new technology and innovation. Intense business discussion also showed customers interest in doing investments to avail state and Centre Subsidy in the year 2018/19

Through the event, the reference video on latest installation of OMNIplus Summum & Optimax -Iwere running showing the performance on various articles like bottom wear, Denim, grey poplin , Car sheet and conveyor belt etc. Blended with this was the personal interview of the Directors and President of the companies sharing their experience with Picanol product and company.

International Textile Machinery & Accessories Exhibition (ITMACH) was one of the Largest Textile Machinery Exhibition of the year 2017 in the country and witnessed participation from over 10 countries Including India, China, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherland, Turkey, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
