Sportswear giant Under Armour has strengthened its India strategy through the launch of a Global Capability Center in Bengaluru and the appointment of Madhu Natesan as Vice President and Managing Director for India. The move signals a deeper commitment to technology, artificial intelligence, data science and digital infrastructure capabilities that will support the brand’s global transformation agenda.
Natesan brings more than two decades of leadership experience across retail, technology and operations. Industry observers recognize him for building and scaling high performing GCCs, most recently leading Saks Global India, where he oversaw technology, merchandising, finance, analytics, digital operations and human resources functions. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Hudson’s Bay Company, Target and Dell.

India currently hosts more than 1,900 GCCs employing over 2 million professionals, making it one of the world’s fastest growing hubs for global enterprise operations.
