Super Tex Brings Innovation In Cots And Aprons At ITMA

Super Tex Industries has emerged as a leading manufacturer in cots and aprons in just a few years. The company has constantly endeavoured to introduce new products with a view to offer a variety of options to their clients, has increased capacity to meet expected increased demand and their marketing team has been designed to cover almost the entire global market. In conversation with Jugal Kishore, Managing Director, Super Tex Industries

What new did you bring to ITMA?

We innovated our cots and aprons to increase the life & efficiency of the products.

What new developments do you see in the textile industry in India, China and Bangladesh?

In the last two years, India has perceived a sluggish growth in the market. But I feel very confident that the Indian market would start booming soon. Recently, I have met many Chinese entrepreneurs, who seriously want to invest in India due to the increasing labour cost in China. Large investments are happening in Vietnam.

How are you promoting your brand?

We are promoting our brand by participating in the various exhibitions held in the potential markets for us, advertising in textile publications. We give the best after sales service to our customers. We have also conducted some seminars in the various user industry clusters like Madurai, Rajapalayam and Bhilwara about synthetic rubber cots and apron used in the spinning industry.

Globally what is the prospect of your products?

The potential for our products is in the spinning market, 80% of the spinning market is in India, China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, Turkey and Indonesia. We find a large potential in these countries. We find it difficult to export our products in China, as the industry there is more inclined towards their own, local products. We enjoy a strong market base in other countries.
