Arvind Advanced Materials Ltd. (AAML), a subsidiary of
Arvind Ltd., has named Nishigandha Kulkarni as its new Chief Human Resource
Officer, marking a strategic leadership addition at a time when the company is
expanding its footprint in the advanced materials sector. The announcement
comes as AAML continues to scale its capabilities in composites, technical
textiles, and performance materials, serving industries ranging from automotive
to aerospace.
Gurpreet Singh Bhatia, President and CEO of AAML, said the
appointment aligns with the company’s focus on building a strong, future-ready
organisation. He noted that Nishigandha’s extensive cross-sector experience
will support AAML’s growth ambitions and strengthen its talent development
agenda.
Nishigandha brings 24 years of rich HR leadership experience
across FMCG, manufacturing, telecom, and retail. She previously served as Head
of HR at Iscon Balaji Foods and has held senior roles at Wellness Forever
Medicare, Lakmé Lever, Suzlon Energy, Raymond, and Reliance Communications. Her
expertise spans organisational development, talent management, capability
building, and cultural transformation.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal
University and advanced HR certifications from XLRI Jamshedpur, TISS, and TTI
Success Insights. She is also trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming,
behavioural analysis, and facilitation.
AAML recently reported revenue of ₹446 crore, reflecting a
14.9% year-on-year growth in Q2 FY26. The company continues to focus on
innovation-led growth and expanded global opportunities in the advanced
materials ecosystem. Nishigandha said she aims to build a vibrant talent
pipeline and foster a culture where employees thrive, innovate, and contribute
to the company’s long-term success.
