Welspun Announces Major Leadership Reshuffle Across Finance, Manufacturing & Domestic Business

Welspun Living Limited has announced a series of senior leadership changes across key functions.

Manish Bansal has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026. A Welspun veteran since 2010, he brings 30+ years of experience across global finance, capital strategy and M&A.

Shraddha Popat has been named Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective November 12, 2025. She joins with 16 years of governance and corporate law expertise from Colgate-Palmolive, Abbott and Arch Pharmalabs.

In manufacturing, Sanjay Verma takes over as President – Manufacturing, bringing extensive experience from Grasim, Birla Cellulose and Thai Rayon.

Ruchika Arora has been appointed President – Domestic Business, effective immediately. An IIM Calcutta alumna, she has led global supply chain, strategy and flooring businesses at Welspun.

Meanwhile, Saumil Mehta has resigned as President – Domestic Business, effective December 31, 2025.
