Groz-Beckert is preparing a major showcase of its latest
precision textile innovations at ShanghaiTex 2025, scheduled at the Shanghai
New International Expo Center from December 16 to 19. The company will present
new technologies across its five core divisions at Hall N3, Booth A05, aiming
to strengthen its position in the global textile engineering landscape.
The Knitting division will headline developments such as the
LCmax energy saving needle that features a wave shaped shank geometry designed
to reduce friction and power consumption. Collaborative innovations include
ultra fine transfer needles developed with Pailung and specialized high
precision components co engineered with leading machine builders. Groz-Beckert will
also highlight durability focused solutions for legwear, staple fibre
processing and warp knitting applications.
The Weaving division will demonstrate advancements in
healds, reeds and warp stop systems that enhance fabric accuracy at high
speeds. The Nonwovens segment will present SiroLock plus worker and doffer
wires aimed at higher carding stability and machine availability.
The Sewing division will feature specialized needles
designed for airbags, denim, fine knits and embroidery, along with the
Litespeed needle for heat critical operations. The Spinning division will
introduce a maintenance free cylinder wire and improved revolving tops
engineered for fine yarns. Groz-Beckert recorded sales of €839 million in 2024
and employs about 9,400 people worldwide. The company remains a key technology
provider to textile manufacturers in more than 150 countries.
