RSWM Limited of the LNJ Bhilwara Group unveiled a new values
and behavioural competency framework, marking a key step in its internal
transformation agenda. The launch took place in the presence of CMD and CEO
Riju Jhunjhunwala and JMD Rajeev Gupta, along with the senior leadership team.
The framework introduces COCICA values and RAPIDD
competencies to guide decisions, performance, and leadership across the
organisation. Management described the move as a cultural alignment initiative
aimed at improving accountability, innovation, and digital fluency across
business units.
COCICA represents the company’s core values. It stands for
Customer Centricity, Ownership Mindset, Courage, Integrity, Collaboration, and
Agility. RAPIDD outlines the behavioural competencies expected across teams. It
includes Result Orientation, Accountability and Team Orientation, Problem
Solving, Innovation and Creativity, Decision Making, and Digital Fluency.
Together, the two pillars aim to build a high performance, value driven
organisational culture.
